good cassette tape adapter?

I need a cassette adapter for my mom to use with her mp3 player, and I heard the sound quality can vary alot. Does anyone have experience with these?

I don't know... I think a sansa could handle pretty much any reasonable amount of button pushing or squeezing. Mine did. My screen cracked when I left it in my bag, and my bag got trampled.
