Why can't I use podcasts outside of America?

I live in Canada and I'm unable to subscribe to podcasts through Zune Software which is honestly pretty ridiculous... I mean come on, they're free. :confused:

Yeah I was out playing with Cell Phones at the mall trying to decide between the HD2 and the Focus. 4" screen seems like the hotspot in terms of decent size and being pocketable. :)
