If you pull it apart, check the connections on the HHD. Maybe that'll do it, sometimes these connections come loose, that's mostly how the "Error 5" starts.

I fixed the problem by cutting the movie in half. I'm not sure whether it was because it was a long and large file, or if the resolution and bit rate were too high. Anyhow, it's not doing it anymore.
