I seriously doubt that there is a difference in battery capacity between an 8 and 32 gb P3. Regardless of memory capacity, the battery is the same. The battery is the same for all capacities.

Should be just EU devices. If you didn't buy it from the EU, you should be OK. Better yet, ask yourself if the volume is adequate. If it is, it doesn't matter what the region the unit comes from.
