I do own the ATH-M50. Simply put the M50 blows them all out of the water. As it should at five times the price. The M50 and the M6 do both share a similar v-shape signature though. I suppose if you...

I blew a grey filter on my PFE 112 this morning and went to look for a replacement and got this message when visiting the the Phonak Audeo website.

That is a fair point, tips do have a lot of impact on isolation. I always use silicone tips because I do not like foam tips, but I bet your A151 isolate far better with Shure Olives than my mine do...

The TF10 are defiantly ahead of the A151 and SE215 (I use to own them), however their monstrous size makes getting them to fit in your ears is a real pain. They stick so far out I would not even want...

I would not say they have total isolation, you can still hear outside noises, however the outside noises do not drown out the sound and give you that feeling you need to turn up the volume to...

Somewhat similar. The M6 sits a little more flush against the ear, but I think the A151 would sit flush enough to wear with a helmet. (Sorry, I do not have any motorcycle helmets to test it with.) I...

Just curious, has anyone compared this to the Phillips SHE3850 that is the FOTM on head-fi? I just do not believe all the hype they have been getting. Anyone on ABi that can comment? I am looking for...

Over priced. Not it worth it IMO.

They would have a lot more bass than the PL50.

Maybe, I have not heard the CX21. The treble on the CW31 was not bad, just a little recessed and lifeless. For some people that is probably okay, maybe even a plus if you have sensitive ears. But it...

The CW31 is sound alright for the price. Better than the M9 and M6. The treble is really dull though, makes them sound kind of boring. They were $20 last week after coupon.

Headphones and Source

First story: I have a pair of Shure SE215. At first I really disappointed at how they sounded out of my Apple iPod touch (4th generation). But after trying them out on my Sansa Clip they sound much...

It is really a personal preference. If you sensitive ears I would suggest the M21 since the M11+ can be a little harsh. At the price of the M11+ I would spend the extra for the E10. After reading...

It is not better, but it is not worse either. The difference is the sound signature. The M11+ is bass and treble heavy while the M21 is more bass and mid centered. Which is better would depend on...

Looking at the prices on flipart.com, I would not get the M11+ when the M21 (newer model) is cheaper. Without having heard the E10, I would bet it sounds the best sounding of the three.

I have not heard the E10 so I cannot compare them for you. However, seeing has how ABi gave E10 the editor's choice and they are cheaper than the M11+ I would probably go for them. At the current...

I agree with IDvsEGO. I have heard that the older CKM50 model is suppose to be better than the CKM55. It also been cheap in the US with closeout prices.

I really did not care much for the S4. Was not bad exactly, but seemed overpriced to me. I get the impression that the E10 IDvsEGO suggested would be better bang for your buck.

Walkgood is correct, the A151 lack in sub-bass. The CC51 would do better, but their build quality is questionable. I have the Shure SE215, they have plenty of bass, but lack in the treble. Otherwise,...

The 134 on Amazon UK looks like it is from a third party, not Amazon UK themselves. Nothing wrong with that, but I would make sure the seller is a authorized dealer. It looks like the Absolute Music...
