If you're using 128kbps or anything highly compressed, I'd be surprised if you could tell the difference.

Touch screen only, I find Blackberry esq kewyboards very fiddly. as long as the touchscreen is very responsive and quick (like my HTC Hero) then I love using them, really easy in widescreen.
