Try resetting the player one more time. If that doesn't work, you could always try formatting the hard disk, set it to TMP mode and try using the format function if you right click...

I had the same problem a couple of times with 2.14. But since I've set the switch and just kept it set on Album Art, I haven't had that problem again. Good to know though just in case it shows up...

I haven't been able to find one (somebody feel free to correct me) but as far as I know, aside from putting it on shuffle, I don't think it's possible to stop a song from repeating itself in shuffle.
