With a 4GB or larger card you have to pull out the card from the sansa and insert it into a card-reader in the computer. I guess most people consider that an inconvenience.

This e200v2 image confirms my existing theory. They use the AS3525 in both the m200 v2 and the e200 v2. I figure it is just a matter of time until we can confirm that the c200 v2 has it as well...

The m200 series that have a chip marked similarly to the v2 one is Telechips based...

The e200R needs a Rockbox bootloader built for the e200R series and I bet you got one built for the vanilla e200.

And yes, if you can run Rockbox you have a patched OF bootloader.

Rockbox doesn't detect the processor at all, it just knows what is inside and will use it accordingly. It is a PP5024 in the e200...
