But encoding in 2-pass takes twice the time.

there is problems with the audio on the S:flo aswell.
They channels aren't mapped correctly and the sound is out of phase.
This makes the sound come from the left earpiece more than the right one....

The LCD cracked but the plastic front didn't because it's flexible.

look around see if you can find a replacement LCD

my P2 never goes out of sync.

the P2 can only play a maximum of 480x272 so there souldn't be any sync problems at that resolution.
