A huge pro to RB is the fact you can adjust scroll speed, and the scrolling seems to function at around 60 fps, whereas there's noticeable framerate lapses in the OF.

Makes sense. I'm Asian/listen to Asian music, so I need my Unicode. For that, id3v2.3 is still the best. It has the best compatibility right now, anyhow.
