They are the Sennheiser MX75 Twist To Fit In Ear Stereo Headphones. Target has them for 49.99. They're green but I really like them.

well i decided to return them too. I didn't like the noise the cord gives so I am going to try the sennheisers at Target that twist and lock or something. They're a little cheaper too.
