My 504 fits in my pants cargo pockets just fine. The 604 is a tad thinner, but it'd be a tight squeeze into a front pocket or jacket pocket. Also, the 504 has problems with static electricity...

Are the WMA tracks DRM'ed? If they are I don't think the Archos will be able to play them. If you bought the tracks from a subscription service they most likely have DRM restrictions on them....
