The player default is MTP. Unless you are using MediaMonkey or WMP to catalog all of your files. MSC allows quick and easy data transfer.

You can probably find a plastic polish at a variety or a hardware store. Finding it at that store is the problem. They might sell a polish to clean CD's for instance. You'll have to do some asking...

Thanks for this link. I ordered one today. With shipping of $7 it comes to about $15 which is pretty good for a leather case. Another leather case I was looking at lacked the hole for the menu button.
