This is offical website of Meizu. You can find manual and software there. Hope it can help you to solve your problems.

The best site for the Meizu players, is www.meizume.com, and includes everything you need to know about the Miniplayer- firmware upgrades, skins, as well as tutorials on things such as video transfers(there's a whole forum dedicated to Video). Just go over there, register, and start searching - Its all there. Its actually frequented by Meizu employees as well- I will forwarn you that the Miniplayer has issues with playing long movies, and I am not sure it has been resolved(audio syncing issues). But overall, probably the best player out there(And I've tried a few)

If you mean PC software, you can just use Windows Media Player to sync, or drag-and-drop files in Explorer. You don't need special software.
If you mean firmware updates, then go to the Meizu site mentioned above.

Yeah, you don't need any special software to load tunes to the player. When it's set to UMS/MSC mode it will work as a thumb drive, so you'll only have to drag-and-drop your tunes to the music folder. As for sync'ing issues, there are two workarounds that worked for me:
  • Keeping the video bitrate below 512 kbps, and audio bitrate at 128 kbps. Frames per second shouldn't be higher than 18;
  • Splitting a long movie in two smaller parts.
That said, iRiverter 0.16 with the Meizu M6 profile worked just fine for me.
