J3 screen broke
 

Hi people need some light here.

A friend of mine sit on my 32GB J3 and now there is a crack across the screen and of course it doesn't respond or turn on. It was bought back in 2010 so it should be out of warranty by now.

How can I get a replacement digitizer? and does anyone knows if cowon will repair it?, on my expense of course, how do you contact them? ‘cause there is no info on their website for repairs.

I'm thinking on buying a refurb 8GB J3 to use it for spare parts, besides getting the screen I will have a spare battery but still not sure.

Where are you from?
I'm from Italy and I have your same problem with a cowon s9.
I wrote many emails to Cowon and the only way I have to fix it is to send my broken S9 to Korea.
They fix it, tell you the price you have to pay and than the send it back to you.

I had the gorilla glass on my Cowon S9 fixed for 107USD. And yes, they don't tell you the price until after they have the unit.

Wait, what kind of system is that? Not even an estimate?

Just contact them because I've searched a lot for finding a gorilla glas on the web but it is not available anyway!!
