im having a hard time browsing the site with my iphone. can someone make a iphone app or create a tapatalk for abi.

ABI probably wont make a iphone app. The name says it all...

Tapatalk is spammy, and I really dislike it. Besides, an iPhone app?!?!?! Get real!!!

There's also Tapatalk for Android. Besides costing money (to visit a free forum), it is really not an optimal solution. For example, Tapatalk doesn't keep track of visited/marked-as-read threads, so when you go back to your desktop browser you still see the old threads marked as new, and so on. It also has issues with PMs and the like. I'm just going by my experience with Head-Fi's Tapatalk integration - maybe it's better with less crappy forum platforms than Huddler.

Full disclosure, I used a pirated copy of Tapatalk to test it - since the clowns don't even have a free trial app. I uninstalled it after two days.

Personally, either the default Android browser or Opera Mini work just fine for my needs.

I agree to what dfkt says and i had the exact same (pirated) experience with tapatalk. It sucks.

That said, how about a proper stylesheet for mobile browsers?

It doesn't cost anything and should be quicker to load and render for lowend devices with limited bandwidth. Most importantly, it should reduce the need for horizontal scrolling.

I don't know, I tried it a few years ago & didn't like it. Now, it might be great.

I'm wondering if the site behavior is intentional from mobile devices. I have all cookies blocked on my crackberry (because that's the level of resolution ON kachunk OFF), and every link on the site seems to notice my UA and tells me "This forum has an app for Blackberry! Click OK to learn more about Tapatalk".

Just wondering if anyone else has the issue, and if this could be revised?

if you follow several forums you will find it convenient.
Sometimes you find it discounted, when there is a version update, for example.
