cannot download apps on ZuneHD

I haven't used my ZuneHD in about a year or so. Today i charged it up, and updated the sopftware.

i then proceeded to update my apps which are on the ZuneHD, and it says i need to accept the new TOS. And to connect my ZuneHD to my desktop and accept the new TOS.

So i did this... However, i cannot find the new TOS. It does not promp me to accept anything.

So i proceeded to go to the marketplace on my desktop software, and update/Download apps from there. it wont let me do that. says i need a windows phone connected or something.

Weird, id say. I am from Canada, and i know the marketplace wasn't available before, but to my information i have now, it is... so i think.

Any help would be awesome,

Try reinstalling the Zune software.

The zune software on my phone.. ie.Format my ZuneHD?

Or the Zune desktop app?

i dont see how this would work, since i did update the desktop software the same day i charged my Zune.

And the actual ZuneHD says there is a problem when i go to download a app.

Seems like a problem with the global marketplace.

any other ideas?

1) Are you positive you're downloading the Zune HD apps?

2) Try resetting it completely, holding down the media and home buttons til it restarts and prompts you to connect to the computer.
