R0 recovery mode (iMX37 CPU recovery)

Hi all!
What is the procedure to put the R0 in recovery mode, in order to make it recognize by pc as a new device without driver?
I'm asking this because I found an interesting tool from freescale to dump the whole nand content ;)
I don't know if it works really (maybe it is not enough normal usb connection) but it's a try!

The standard method on Samsung DAPs is pressing reset+power at the same time but that doesn't work on the R0, it needs a special USB cable to automatically enter the recovery mode.

arggh...:)
I was suspecting this...(I tried lots of times) Uhm I am very very curious on how slade can flash it every time...
Just for curiosity: with the recovering software is this cable a must?
I think that this special cable uses some other pin of the mini usb port, maybe is a simple short circuit between pins or what else.
Thanks for your quick answer, anyway ;)

Slade can do it because I helped him to so that he could progress faster on the Android/Rockbox port. But what I did is not allowed by Samsung and thus must remain secret. If ever the recovery tool or any other confidential document gets shared and is available to the general public on this website or another one, I'm dead and some people at Samsung would be dead too. There is too much at stake so I can't share it with more people...
And yes, the recovery tool requires the special USB cable too. There is a 300Khom resistor on this cable ;)
I suggest you to ask Slade (when he comes back) to try your freescale tool :)

Well I did some experiments with the cable: i used a 301 kOhm resistor and it works flawlessly!

The cable is useless for now!
So don't try any experiment or things like that ;)
We need wait until Slade comes back here to explain us his own work!
To explain better:
there is NO software able to unbrick or manage the flash without some specific samsung files.
We have to wait until a new tool, not related to samsung, is ready to use!
