A few questions for R0 owners

If anyone could help me out here, I am interested in the R0, but there are a few things i am concerned about;

How is the audio quality? does it match up with sansa's and cowons? I am going to be driving some phonak PFE's which need a nice amount of power.

I have heard of issues with the firmware and reading tags, I was wondering if FLAC tags and album art are read properly in a firmware update?

Does the music on the MicoSD card intergrate perfectly with the 'music' section and the music in the internal memory?

And lastly, Does the player have Gapless playback with all file types.

Thanks for any help. Neil

A review.
It says internal and external memory doesn't merge... but audio seems a pro :]

Anyway, hope it helps.

Buy R0 if you have option to return or get it serviced.

- The audio quality is excellent with plenty of power.

- Don't count on tags and album art to display correctly, even with mp3 files the R0 is very picky and unreliable. It's even worse for FLAC.

- The card does not integrate.

- It does not have gapless playback.

Besides this and other issues the R0 is a nice player. The hardware is great but the software(firmware) has some shortcomings.

Can someone tell me why silver version is cheaper than black or pink?

cause people are stupid and stupid people think that people who are stupid don't mind stupid prizing.

or in other words: no one knows as there is probably no real answer to this.
