E260 & Fuze AA problem - different file names needed??

Just to check before I do something like toss a sansa against the wall...

I am trying to get my Album Art to show up in my 260. I drag & drop my files into it. Don't use anything to sync with. I use the same set-up for my Fuze & have no trouble. But with the 260, I get nada showing unless I rename the folder.jpg files to Album Art.jpg.

Is this right??? The two players recognize different file names? Do I really need two different versions of my album art to see it on both players? Please tell me I'm missing something very basic, here. If not, anyone know of an EASY way to batch rename the files?

E260 V1/Fuze V1 - both running Rockbox 3.5.

Thanks.

Hm. That shouldn't be the case. Rockbox should be recognizing the same album art parameters on any device it runs on. My Rockboxed Fuze v1 and e280 v1 both show my "folder.jpg" album art images without issue. I'd recommend trying one of the latest builds (not one of the official release versions), if even temporarily, to see if that makes any difference.

Whether or not it's beside the point, some options for batch renaming are listed here.

folder.jpg is fine. I don't think album art.jpg will be recognized. See:

No they all use the same file names.

Thanks for the help. It is working, now. I tried to load the current build, which gave me a screen that said "Painc" (never good, I figure), so I re-loaded RB from scratch with the current build & it works. No idea what was worng, but it isn't anymore.
Thanks again.
