Contact Number For Iriver?
 

I've sent a half dozen emails to iriver about my bricked P7. No response at all. Anyone know an 800 number for Iriver? Iriver Service specifically. I've searched their site and come up empty.

where are you located and what country are you trying to contact

member Kobashi also had a bricked P7 (red screen) sent it to Germany, they returned it not fixed then he was on about Korea taking it back for repair .. frustrating thisng is, is thet with this being a rockchip based player they are easy to repair but Korea, as ever, are unwilling to let us have the stockc tool to repait with!!!!

anyway, try PM Kobashi and see how and who they eventually got intouch with

As JR is a store how come they will not replace it for you? What did Iriver USA say when you finally got hold of them?

Are they refusing to fix the player or something?

They haven't responded to any email. So essentially I haven't gotten hold of them.

JR has a store, but no where near me, and no place I'm going.

i once spoke to the US customer service people before i sent mine to korea. I will try and find the number for you.
