Lplayer or Clix 2?
Which one is better for exercising?
|
the Lplayer is pretty much the same thing as the clix2. It is just smaller and lacks things like games and Flash Lite. As far as which is better? its pretty much a toss up since they function nearly identically. Just pick the formfactor you like best.
Here are some photos of the LPlayer compared with the clix2 |
Functions wise, they are almost identical. However, it isn't to say the hardware behind both machines are the same. Lplayer is aiming for the low budget market, therefore its hardware isn't on up to clix2's standard, including actual CPU speed, DAC used, screen, battery life, and probably the most important: The SQ (which isn't to say Lplayer sounds bad, just not as good).
It is like the recent released E100, another uninspiring product from a company that markets itself as innovative. |
I find the SQ to be identical on both the clix2 and the LPlayer, mediocre at best.

What player has better sound quality, and would be good for cardio?
|
Personally i run with the Clip ($30) and the Shure SE530s.
but what i should really ask is what headphones are you using. If you are not using expensive phones, then SQ may be irrelevant. Like if you are using stock earbuds, they all players will sound the same. |

How about some good headphones under $100?

You could get some creative aurvana in ear headphones. Except I don't know much about audio I just like the way they block out sound.

Thanks, check the price of the 8GB version. It's not expensive if it is almost as good as the clix2. It provides almost all the features that I'll need. |
