seriously...if ONE more manufacturer comes out with a flash device without a 16gb version, i'm gonna be so pissed off...why are all these things coming out and only the Zen and the View have 16gb versions!? Nano: 8gb or less, Meizu M7: 8gb or less, Meizu M6: 8gb or less...i'm getting so tired of this, 8gb doesnt cut it!!

Because Sandisk makes their own memory and Creative is a huge market force that can get really good prices for the NAND memory (same as Apple)?

i'd gladly pay more for a 16gb player...it'd be nice to at least have the option. If Apple could do it for the Touch, they could do it for the Nano...

It's funny how if one product comes out, atleast 2 others copy or almost copy it in a way...Even the friggin GUI looks exactly the same as the touch, look at the play/skip buttons! lol. I wonder what the price will be like..hopefully less the the p2 and ipod touch just like the m6 is compared to most others in its type.

there's pricing listed on the page...but it seems really low...everything i've seen on the M7 puts it in the 500-700 range unfortunately...

i have the zen v 2gb and i wouldn't put video on it. i load it up with stern shows(~150mb each) and i could use an extra 2gb on it but i wouldn't need 16gb. i have my zen vision w for video and i could use a little more than 30 but not too much more. plus you figure the archos has like the 40 and 80 but the ui and the cables and everything are supposedly not great and the new (x)05 series is even slower...i mean my zen isn't that fast but it manages. apple seems like they have a strength with the 80 and 160gb players but the screen is just too small. i watch a lot of anime and i don't have my zen vision:m anymore because the screen wasn't big enough for me. i kind of wish my zvw had a bit better buttons like bigger or even like a touch pad. what id imagine is on the right is a decent sized touch pad and the other buttons on the bottom and maybe eliminate the speaker cuz it is weak.

nah I would buy it instead of the touch, even if it does look like very similar to it... support the little guy!!! (plus it's apparently damn cheap)

Indeed. If the sound is at least as good as the Meizu M6 and the specs are right, they'll be a steal at those prices.

Man seriously i dont want to wait until march to be able to get one of these, because now im thinkin bout gettin it. seriously by that time i could get the P2 at the boxing day(almost everything sold is pretty much a steal on that day Dec. 26th) at like $80 off!!!:eek:

if apple could do it for the nano, they wouldn't, because that would dramatically increase the price-and at that, might as well up the memory to 30gbs? or more? and there you have it. thats exactly what the ipod classic is-a nano with more memory-thats the only reason its bigger...eh?
