No. They have changed their line-up and genre many times, but you can call their genre progressive rock, experimental rock and jazz fusion(earlier works). I'm still new to them but I can tell you they're fantastic. I suggest you to start with their first album(get the 40th anniversary edition). All(?) of their albums have recently been remastered by Steven Wilson.
