I am not sure this is the right forum,my review is about the x series Walkman which is a beautiful device .this takes mp3 players to new heights,This Walkman is the best Walkman ever.Just check out this review on the Sony x series Walkman. I believe everyone who likes quality music device should own one.

i dont use the playback function at all for video or audio , i would turn off all up sampling though

Yeah they lack bass and are very bright (and not detailed kind of bright either) also even though they are low impedance you will still need a headphone amp

The LME49710 is a mono opamp, you'd need two of them - the LME49720 is stereo and should work fine in the same configuration as your BB.

I actually had to rma the S9(needed the $$$ in the bank, the S9 was flawless), and I did sell my Touch. My health isn't the greatest lately. I decided to repurchase the S9 cause it really is such a great player. And my health issue is on hold ATM.

Yeah, I sold my Touch. I couldn't stand the bright sound, and EQing it makes it distort. And, TBH, I only really used it for games and the occasional app (no wifi or anything, I have a Storm for that).

And yes, I might get another S9, but I've hit a crossroad. I want an S9, But the P3, S9, ZHD, and even the PSP go are all considerations. My next purchase will be for the long haul, so I gotta make it a good choice.

The Sony X1000 series isn't even in the running, though it's got amazing SQ, great battery life, and a fantastic screen. There's too many negatives involved w/it, and the components inside it mean it should be costing us less. Too bad, I had high hopes for it, and the S9 & P3 sound jus as good.
