Obviously a belated answer to the iPod Shuffle, Creative today unveiled its own lineup of colorful and screenless 1GB flash players. Named the Zen Stone, the 2.1" x 1.4" x 0.5" player is equipped with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack and mini USB port and is also UMS-compliant, making transferring your favorite MP3, WMA, WMA-DRM9 tracks as easy as drag and drop.
Scheduled for release on May 14th, the black, red, pink, blue, yellow, and white Stones will be priced at an incredibly affordable $40.

39.99 US
39.99 Euros
27.99 GBP
You can't really compare currency prices directly because of other factors. Retail in euros are almost always the same as that in US dollars, although the currency exchange is different.
I really like the Stone, because of its awesome price, and cute design. It would've been perfect with some sort of screen though, even if it raised the price to like 60-70. The battery life would be like 8 hours though.

yeah, but seeing how tests reveal that you can get more battery life out of the Zen players than advertised. like at Cnet, 20 hours out of the V plus even though it was advertised at 15

The MP3 itself is really nice...and I really do like Creative. I'm not a fan of not having a screen though. If I was to buy this MP3 I would definately go for yellow or red.
